Realife Trust Wellbeing Hub

Realife  Trust is an established charity based in Cambridge.

We work with a variety of age groups and with people of mixed abilities and needs. Now, possibly more than ever, people are asking for and needing a wider range of services and connections in relation to their health, wellbeing and social contact.

Due to its long history of partnerships and collaboration within the social care and community field, Realife is ideally placed to expand its Wellbeing Hub.  We are confident that through our Wellbeing Hub and established networks we can meet the diverse range of needs that people may present, either in house or through sign posting.

We are in the process of expanding our in-house therapies, group sessions and are also forging new links and possibilities with external providers including nature based therapy.
