Social Call Services has devised innovative and cost effective ways to overcome chronic loneliness and isolation, even if you live alone and find it hard to get out, our solutions are both simple to use and easily accessible.

Loneliness and isolation can affect any one of any age, although it tends to affect older people more, which can have a serious impact on their health and wellbeing.

People become socially isolated for a variety of reasons, such as the passing away of a spouse or close relatives or friends, being disabled or moving to a new place, but whatever the cause, it's easy to be left feeling alone for prolonged periods and vulnerable.

Dealing with the challenges of today such as experiencing prolonged times of isolation and non-contact from other beings especially among the elderly and disabled requires problem-solvers like ourselves who created Social Call Services to combat this pandemic.

At Social Call Services, we developed a piece of assisted technology in the form of an App (P5MyCarePLan) used on the telephone or tablet, enabling you the ultimate user to access social calls and low level support.

The software 'P5MyCarePlan' is very intuitive and include the ability for reminiscence video or memories to be created, saved and shared with the client by our DBS checked operatives in situations requiring and introduction or trigger for conversation and memory utilisation.

This can be music, movies, family photos, memories and interests. There is no limit on the range of media that can be uploaded. Get in touch for more information.




For private service users, no referral is required but for those on Social Services funding a referral may be required.

Facilities and equipment

Social Call Services emerged out of a pursuit to inspire and support the vulnerable in our communities who live in isolation due to having lost their loved ones or those who find themselves living alone for many other reasons.

We are driven by the desire for our actions to speak louder than words through our innovative high tech app based (P5MyCarePlan) telephone based befriending service connecting service users to their past, and a variety of activities, such as among others day care centres, cookery classes, walking clubs and art groups.

Established in 2018, we’re an organisation driven by progressive ideas, bold actions, and a strong foundation of support.

The app 'P5MyCarePlan'can use voice commands or text to access, so it offers some opportunities for those who cannot type. It can also be used as a repository for carers, particularly new carers to the client as automatically a background of current and past life of the client can be shared with various levels of permissions.

On the 15 October 2018, the UK Government launched a loneliness strategy and Social Call Services fully supports this.

Call centre staff will be housed at this venue to receive calls from service users at their preferred time and then chat with them, socialising them according to their social care needs. Our staff observe current NHS covid-19 guidance and protocols.
