Yaxley library is outside of the town with ample free short term parking. The venue has easy access to the A1 and parkways.
Hire of these facilities is highly affordable and meeting rooms are priced at an hourly rate, so you only pay for the time required. The venue is supported by a team of friendly staff.

- Mezzanine (upstairs) floor space size: 4.4m x 3.6m
- The whole library (when used out of hours) can accommodate up to 32 people and the mezzanine floor can accommodate up to 8 people
- 2 rectangular tables, 20 chairs, 1 large circular table on mezzanine floor
- Rates from 1st April 2024: commercial £10.50 per hour, community use £8.50 per hour
