Autism and Adult Team

Provided by:
Cambridgeshire County Council

We help people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We also support people who are vulnerable, but who do not have a diagnosis of disability.

  • Support includes:
  • social care assessment and review
  • help to develop care and support plans
  • help in your home
  • support for carers
  • supported living
    help with residential care

We also support young people who are likely to need support from adult social care in the future.

People aged 18 and over with diagnosis of ASD and who may be vulnerable in their communities. Following an assessment, level of need is measured against national criteria set by the Care Act 2014.

You will be referred to the service through the social care team following an adult social care assessment and agreement about the services required.
