Anyone interested in becoming a professional care worker is invited to a special workshop in Buckden tomorrow.

Some Commissioned Domiciliary Care Providers, in partnership with Cambridgeshire County Council are calling for people to make a difference to the lives of others.

Free workshops named "˜A day in the life of a professional care worker "“ enriching someone's life' are to be held to inform and encourage anyone interested in becoming a professional care worker.

The first Care Workshop, will be held on Tuesday 28th February from 09:30 to 12:30 at Buckden Village Hall. Looking at relevant experience and training, as well as career progression and pay rates, the event aims to open up career opportunities in the care sector.
