From 1 December residents who use an NHS hearing aid can now access regular supplies of batteries from their local mobile library. They will also be able to dispose of old batteries on board too as part of the free service. Cambridgeshire Hearing Help is a charity for people with hearing loss and their mission is to reduce the impact on people's daily lives.
Cambridgeshire's four mobile libraries visit 418 locations in 235 villages and stock over 2000 fiction, non fiction, audio , children's, picture and board books as well as DVDs and CDs.
