The aim of this survey is to gather the views of parents and carers of children and young people with Autism. It is designed to be completed by parents and carers of children and young people who have a formal diagnosis of Autism and who live in Cambridgeshire or Peterborough.
The questions will relate to Autism diagnosis and a variety of areas of Autism support. Some of the questions require you to provide your views and in those questions examples have not been provided. This is to ensure that the information gathered by the survey is not shaped by suggestions or examples, but is the views of parents and carers. There is an opportunity near the end of the survey to add any further areas of Autism support you think are relevant and have not already been mentioned. There are 15 questions in total.
The findings from this survey will inform the next stage in the development of a document that will clarify the shared goals, language, expectations, principles and definitions relating to Autism across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. It will relate to all services in relation to Autism for young people up to age 18.
Please complete the survey by midnight on 31st December 2017
