As part of this year’s Cambridgeshire Celebrates Age, a Health and Wellbeing Fair is being held at Cambridge Central Library next month.

There will be a range of display stalls providing information about the practical help and support available to help older people maintain their health and wellbeing. In addition to the displays there will be a choice of fun activities for people to join in such as table tennis and hand massage, and a talk about healthy snacks.
