You don’t necessarily need any social care qualifications to become a support worker. What’s really important is that you have the right values and behaviours to work in social care.

Your outstanding communication skills will not only benefit your direct work but also your relationships with colleagues and third parties when assessing needs and planning care.

You will be a team player with clear decision making skills that are in the best interests of the service user, having a can-do positive attitude and flexible approach.

You will need to be a car driver and have access to a vehicle, as this role includes travel across Cambridgeshire.

If you would like to discuss any aspect of the role informally, please contact Harriet Cadman on 07780 919620, Recruitment Project Manager.

Please apply using the abbreviated application form or by uploading your CV and these will be reviewed on a daily basis.
