If you have non-religious venues that you would like to use as an approved venue you can apply online to become an approved venue. Religious premises who wish to apply to register for marriage or civil partnership can find information on the GOV.UK website.

Pending applications for approved venues
In accordance with the Marriages and Civil Partnership (Approved Premises) regulations 2005 and amendment regulations 2011, Cambridgeshire County Council on behalf of the Registrar General's Office is required to publicise in the public domain all pending applications for Approved Venue Status.
The public notice consultation runs for 21 days from the date of the notice. Applications and plans under consultation can be viewed at the address below subject to making an appointment.

Raising an objection
Members of the public wishing to object to an application should submit the reasons for their objection in writing, within 21 days from the date of the notice.

At the end of the 21 days the notice will be removed and no longer subject to public objection for the purposes of an application.
