Cambridgeshire’s Local Offer for Care Leavers

We know that leaving care can be difficult and we want to support you as much as we can. These pages explain the support that is available for young people who are leaving, or have left the care of Cambridgeshire County Council – this is known as the Care Leavers Local Offer. It includes a wide range of information about the support you can get from us and from other organisations under the following sections. However if in doubt, refer to your Pathway Plan or contact your Personal Adviser.
