Supplementary Information Forms (SIFs)

If you are applying to certain schools for religious reasons, you will need to submit an appropriate Supplementary Information Form (SIF) to the school by the deadline.

You should also submit your application for a place at your preferred school(s) to Cambridgeshire County Council's School Admissions Team in the usual way.

SIF forms

If you require a SIF, we recommend you visit the school's own website both for further information and to access the forms. SIFs should be returned directly to the school. If you need the form in an alternative format please contact the school.
