New Sawston Library and Community Hub

Community drop in evening

Come and drop in to see and discuss the exciting plans for the new Sawston Library and Community Hub opening soon.

We would love to have your comments and suggestions.

Tuesday 25 February – 5:30pm to 7.00pm

Sawston Library, Sawston, Cambridge CB22 3BP

Background

Sawston Library burnt down in 2012 and we have been working hard to progress plans for its new home ever since. A temporary library building has been on site since the fire.

The new building has been designed as a community hub, housing other services to benefit the residents of Sawston. It will include the relocated Children’s Centre, multipurpose spaces and an outdoor play area.

What's happening now?
