Early years funding supports the national scheme administered by local authorities to offer free early learning and childcare places to all children aged 3 and 4 and some 2 year olds meeting certain criteria.   • be Ofsted registered and;
  • have agreed to the conditions within the Cambridgeshire Local Agreement
