Special Educational Needs Inclusion Funding (SENIF) is part of the Early Years SEND Offer within the Early Years’ Service.
Providers can apply for SENIF for children who are on the Early Support Pathway/known to the Sensory Support Service and one of the following:
- Aged two and in receipt of Early Years funding for two year olds

Aged three or four and in receipt of their Early Years Funding Entitlement
- Children aged 5 and attending preschool provision due to deferred school entry
