Care Network is a Cambridgeshire charity working with local people to help them stay healthy, independent and in touch with their community. As we move through the Covid pandemic we continue to offer::
- Wellbeing Phoneline Support on 0330 094 5750
For people experiencing a negative impact on their wellbeing due to self-isolating and social distancing. Our volunteers can arrange a friendly chat to help you feel more connected and further support is available through our Wellbeing Service.
- Community Navigator Signposting Service
For information on practical local community support, including access to essential shopping and medical supplies, via our Help At Home Service, call our District Coordinators
