Specialist Vehicle Rental is a wheelchair accessible (WAV) and mobility adapted vehicle rental company. Having operated for 15 years in the business, we have provided disability vehicles for people up and down the mainland UK with a plethora of happy customers.
We aim to provide not only excellent customer service but expert customer service, helping those who may be dealing with their first wheelchair accessible vehicle or adapted vehicle hire.
Specialist Vehicle Rental also provides a variety of dual control vehicles for approved driving instructors (ADI). We have helped numerous driving instructors and their driving schools with dual control vehicles and emergency relief dual control vehicles.
We specialise in short, medium or long term vehicle hire. We deliver up and down the mainland UK and offer some of the cheapest rates in the disability vehicle rental market.
From 3 seater wheelchair accessible vehicle hire to 17 seater wheelchair accessible minibus hire in England, Scotland and Wales, we have an amazing fleet. We stock brand new vehicles along with all electric options also. Eligibility
To be able to hire a vehicle from us you must be over the age of 21 for insurance purposes. You must have a full UK driving license which you have held for over 2 years. Our team will go through any questions you may have upon enquiry.

Facilities and equipment
We have wheelchair accessible vehicles and disability/mobility adapted vehicles for hire. Our wheelchair accessible vehicles (WAVs) come in manual rear ramps or stronger powerlift tailgates for larger wheelchairs/mobility scooters.
