Young people in Cambridgeshire receiving their A-level and other exam results today (Thursday, 13 August) have been praised for their achievements.
Cllr Edna Murphy, Chair of Cambridgeshire County Council’s Children and Young People Committee said:
“I would like to congratulate all the students in Cambridgeshire that are receiving their exam results today.
“I know how much hard work and dedication you would have put into your studies over last two years and I hope these results lead to new and exciting opportunities as you venture into adulthood.
“Achievements like this are only possible because of the teachers, families, and communities that are committed to helping our young people succeed. You should also be feeling very proud of yourselves.”
