Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders

A1307 Huntingdon to Fen Drayton stretch in both directions

We have introduced a 40mph limit extension on the A1307 Huntingdon to Fen Drayton stretch in both directions for safety reasons due to flooding. Works will be commencing to remedy the drainage problems and alleviate the flooding.

We use Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders (TTROs) to cover events on the highway and roadworks. They can be made for a period up to 18 months.

Emergency road closure - Nene Parade, March

The reason for both orders is an emergency road closure for Nene Parade, March due to bank slippage.

Schemes to support recovery from Covid-19

We have developed a number of schemes to ensure that transport networks support recovery from the Covid-19 situation whilst potentially providing a lasting legacy of greener, safer transport. The Government provided local authorities with Covid-19 powers to put in temporary road closures and other restrictions more quickly to support this.

We have listed below potential schemes, including details of any road closures and / or restrictions.

There is a seven day consultation period.

To have your say, please email street.works@cambridgeshire.gov.uk, quoting the order number at the top of the notice.

You can find details of schemes that may result in permanent changes on our Permanent Traffic Regulation Orders page.
