Our Urban Estate is valued at £764m. Income from these properties helps us to provide essential services for our communities.
These properties are managed under a Corporate Landlord model “in house” to provide services to our customers who are the providers of services, as well as to provide revenue to support these services. In addition we also own a number of investment properties.
Our aim is to operate a portfolio that is sustainable, safe, and compliant whilst ensuring that land and buildings assets are held for a clear purpose whilst embracing opportunities to reduce cost, maximise returns, collaborate and co-locate services, so that the residents of Cambridgeshire benefit from local access to services.
