Consumer advice and enquiries

Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Trading Standards is not able to provide advice in relation to goods or services bought or sold.

If you need advice or help about something you have bought or sold, the Citizens Advice Consumer Service is our advice partner and provides advice on all consumer enquiries on our behalf.

They can provide you with free, impartial and confidential advice and refer other enquiries or reports of poor trading to us as appropriate.
