Summer 2026 Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Provider Directory

Below are details of the holiday schemes across the five county districts offering funded HAF places this summer. Single or multiple venues can be booked but please ensure you do not exceed 64 hours in total as this is the maximum amount funded per child. Each scheme offers fun and engaging activities along with a healthy meal and snacks daily. The HAF programme is funded by the Department for Education.

  • Check your eligibility:
    • Children receiving benefits-related Free School Meals should have received an evoucher for each child with a 16-digit booking code included by email or text on 8 June from ‘hello@holidayactivities.com’
    • Find out how to claim your voucher
    • Codes issued under the additional eligibility criteria are sent via email on request
  • Booking allowance:
    • Up to 64 hours in total can be booked per eligible child. Multiple venues can be booked but ensure you do not exceed 64 hours in total as this is the maximum amount funded.
  • Choose a holiday scheme:
    • Select from the directory below and contact the HAF provider directly to book using their contact details listed. A reply may take longer during busy times, please allow at least 3 working days.
  • Additional support needs:
    • Parents and carers are encouraged to book their preferred holiday scheme as early as possible, as places fill quickly. This is particularly important for children receiving benefits-related free school meals with additional needs or SEND. Early booking allows providers time to get to know your child and plan any necessary support. It is important that all additional needs, disabilities, medical conditions, behavioural needs or support requirements are shared at the time of booking. This helps providers assess whether they can meet your child’s needs safely and put appropriate support in place. Most providers require at least six weeks’ notice before the scheme begins to make suitable arrangements
  • Provide your booking code:
    • Give the provider the 16-digit booking code for each child (see ‘Check your eligibility’ above).
  • Transport:
    • If you cannot travel to the scheme by any means, please speak to the HAF provider. 10 working days’ notice is required to arrange this.
  • Cancellations:
    • Please notify the provider if you need to cancel a place so it can be offered to another family on their waitlist.

  • Evoucher access/opening queries - email: support@holidayactivities.com
  • Booking queries - contact the holiday scheme directly (see Provider Directory below). A reply may take longer during busy times, please allow at least three working days.
  • All other queries - email the HAF Team: HAF@cambridgeshire.gov.uk. If email is not possible, call 01223 706133 and your message will be passed to the team. We will reply to your email or call within three working days.
