The Learning Disability Partnership is a joint service with staff from Cambridgeshire County Council and Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Foundation NHS Trust. We provide specialist health and social care to people with learning disabilities.
There are five teams based around Cambridgeshire, in Cambridge City, Cambridge South, Ely, March and Huntingdon
The teams work together to help people with learning disabilities in Cambridgeshire have as independent, healthy and safe life as possible.
The teams work with people aged 18+ who have a learning disability.
