Helping communities prepare for flooding
Is your community flood group working hard to improve resilience against flooding? If so, you could be eligible for a Flood Kit Grant of up to £1,000. These grants are designed to help community flood groups purchase essential items that support their local response to flooding events.
By providing funding directly to communities in Cambridgeshire, we enable local people to take practical steps to prepare for and respond effectively to flooding. This grant helps communities strengthen their flood resilience and protect residents.
What can the grant be used for?
Funding can be used to purchase items that assist with community flood response, such as:

- Parish councils supporting a community flood group
Are there any restrictions?
