Part B - Public Participation
This section of the constitution provides information on how members of the public can participate in the Council's processes, and it includes the following chapters:
B1 (Participation in Meetings) - rights of members of the public and how they can participate in Full Council and committee meetings.
B2 (Petition Scheme) - how the Council receives and responds to petitions, and how they can be presented to Full Council and committees.
B3 (Access to Information Procedure Rules) - requirements for the Council to publicise meetings, publish documents, record decisions and when there are exceptions to such requirements.
