Part F - Councillors
This section of the constitution provides information related to the roles and responsibilities of Councillors, and it includes the following chapters:
F1 (Role of Members and Office Holders) - the eligibility, election, terms, functions and responsibilities of Members.
F2 (Members’ Code of Conduct) - how Councillors are required to behave, including conduct, confidentiality, declarations and conflicts of interest and use of their position.
F3 (Member / Officer Protocol) - a guide to good working relationships between Members and officers, including how officers can support political groups, individual Members, local Members and other elected representatives, and how complaints or concerns are addressed.
F4 (Scheme of Members' Allowances) - The different allowances and expenses available to Members.
