Manage your account online

You can log into your library account from a web browser to:

  • renew library books
  • renew your membership (if it has expired)
  • pay fees
  • update your details

Your login details will be the 16 digit membership ID and PIN you were given when you joined the library.

Help if you have a problem with your account

Forgotten PIN

If there is an email address linked to your account you can reset your PIN online. If you don't have an email address you will need to contact us to reset your PIN.

Unable to log into your account

Please contact us if you are unable to log into your account.

Unexpected items on your account

If there is an item on your account which you never borrowed, or you have already returned, please tell us using the online form below. We will put a freeze on charges while we search for the item in the library.

Item has been lost

If you have lost an item you have borrowed from the library, we can put a freeze on late charges while you look for it. Please tell us using the online form below.

Notices and reminders

We send the following emails to customers with a registered email address:

  • renewals reminder - when book loans are due for return in four days time. We only send reminders for items on loan for at least 3 weeks.
  • reservation available notice - when reserved items are ready for collection.
  • overdue notice - email (or post if the customer has no email address) at intervals after loans have become overdue.

All library emails, other than e-newsletters, will be sent from the email address and will have the subject line 'Cambridgeshire Libraries'. Please do not reply to this email address.
