Welcome to the Easter Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme Provider Directory
Here you’ll find details of the holiday schemes across the five county districts offering funded HAF places this Easter. Each eligible child can use up to 16 hours in total across all schemes, so please make sure this limit isn’t exceeded. Every scheme offers fun, engaging activities along with a healthy lunch and snacks each day. The HAF Programme is funded by the Department for Education.
Check your eligibility:
- Children receiving benefits-related Free School Meals should have received an evoucher for each child with a 16-digit booking code included by email or text on 2 March from ‘hello@holidayactivities.com’
- Find out how to claim your voucher
- Codes issued under the additional eligibility criteria are sent via email but only on request
Booking allowance:
- Up to 16 hours in total can be booked per eligible child this Easter. Multiple venues can be booked but ensure you do not exceed 16 hours per child as this is the maximum amount funded.
Choose a holiday scheme:
- Select from the directory below and contact the HAF provider directly to book using their contact details listed. A reply may take longer during busy times such as the week of 2 March, please allow at least 3 working days.
Additional support needs:
- Inform the HAF provider of any extra support your child needs. If 1:1 support is required, please give at least 6 weeks’ notice so they can plan fully to welcome your child safely.
Provide your booking code:
- Give the provider your 16-digit booking code (see ‘Check your eligibility’ above).
Transport:
- If you cannot travel to the scheme by any means, please speak to the HAF provider. Transport may be arranged if requested before the deadline publicised with providers.
Cancellations:
- Please notify the provider promptly if you need to cancel a place so it can be offered to another family on their waitlist.
