The Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Christmas Directory lists all available holiday schemes and family experiences by district. Each eligible child can book up to 16 hours of activities (subject to availability). Every session includes a healthy lunch, and snacks, and is funded by the Department for Education.

- Children receiving benefits-related Free School Meals should have received a HAF voucher with a booking code by email or text on 10 November 2025.
- Find out how to claim your voucher
- Codes issued under the additional eligibility criteria will have been sent via email on parent request.
- Booking allowance:
- Each eligible child can book up to 16 hours this Christmas. You can book multiple venues, but please do not exceed 16 hours as this is the maximum funded.
- Choose a holiday scheme:
- Select from the directory below and contact the provider directly to book.
- Additional support needs:
- Inform the provider of any extra support your child needs. If 1:1 support is required, please give 6–8 weeks’ notice so they can plan fully to welcome children safely.
- Provide your booking code:
- Give the provider your 16-digit booking code (found on your voucher or emailed by the HAF Team if issued under an additional eligibility criteria).
- Transport:
- If you cannot travel to the scheme independently, speak to the provider. Transport may be arranged if requested by the deadline.
- Cancellations:
- Please notify the provider promptly if you need to cancel so the place can be offered to another family.
