World Health Organisation (WHO) defines health as an overall state of physical, mental and social wellbeing. It is not simply about the absence of illness or infirmity. In 2008, the government think tank New Economics Foundation (NEF) highlighted Five Ways to Wellbeing. These are actions we can take to improve our health and live a flourishing life.
