Access library services
While you can access library services online or visit our 33 libraries managed by library staff, there are other ways to access library resources for your convenience.
Community Managed Libraries
There are 12 community libraries managed by volunteers across the county. You can get library membership from any of them and access our book stock and information. Please click on the dropdown button below and find the links to their details.
Library at Home service
Do you love reading? Would you be lost without a pile of books jostling for your attention?
The Library@Home service consists of a friendly bunch of staff and volunteers making regular visits to people whose mobility or social interactions are limited. We can set you up with deliveries of books and audiobooks tailored to your reading choices.
To find out more, please visit Library at Home.
Mobile libraries
Have you ever spotted our mobile library roaming around the Fens or stopping by the village green in south Cambs?
Our three mobile libraries travel to over 400 locations in around 100 villages and communities, bringing books to readers throughout Cambridgeshire. We visit most locations once a month on the same times and days of the week. It is the place to get your books and exchange community news.
Please visit Mobile Libraries for more information and find a mobile library stop near you.
