Asset transfer

Cambridgeshire County Council is willing to explore the possibility of transferring its property assets to the community. A request to consider the transfer of assets needs to be supported by a comprehensive and robust business case. If you have a proposal please check the guidance document below and email emu@cambridgeshire.gov.uk
