Service point at Cambridge Central Library
Since 9 November 2018, the UK Visas and Immigration Service (UKVI) has been offering a UK Visa and Citizenship Application service.
This replaces the Nationality Checking Service, Settlement Checking Service and Nationality Document Return Service previously offered by Cambridgeshire County Council.
Most customers can complete their applications online and attend 1 of 57 new service points, managed by a commercial partner Sopra Steria. Customers attend an appointment at a service point to submit their biometric information (photo and fingerprints), and supporting evidence (including proof of identity).
