We are consulting on proposed revisions to the Local Validation Requirements.
We are required to review our requirements at least every two years. We last reviewed our requirements in 2021.
When approved, our revised requirements will apply to planning applications for Cambridgeshire County Council’s own development and for waste development. They will set out the information which is to be required in support of planning applications for the County Council’s own development and for waste development.
