Introduction
This supports the government scheme administered by local authorities to offer funded early learning and childcare places to all children aged 3 and 4 and some 2 year olds meeting certain criteria. This includes the extended entitlement for working parents (processed by HMRC) and foster carers (processed by the Local Authority).

New childcare providers
If you are a new or existing childcare provider and wish to start claiming early years funding for 2, 3 and 4 year olds you will need to be Ofsted registered and have agreed to the conditions within the Cambridgeshire Local Agreement.
