Children's Service Procedures Manual
The manual provides procedures and practice guidance reflecting current legislation and statutory guidance. It reflects the People and Communities Quality Assurance Framework and national performance indicators.
Where relevant, practice standards will be clearly stated to show the standard of work expected of staff. This will give staff the confidence to carry out their work effectively.
Tri.x will maintain the manual. This enables us to keep our procedures up to date with national guidance and incorporate developments and amendments.
We will continue to manage changes to the procedure through consultation with users. This adds to the quality assurance process which supports our performance development and our workload management scheme.
