Replace your lost, stolen or damaged Blue Badge

If your Blue Badge is stolen, please contact the police and obtain an incident ID number. You will need this number before we can issue a replacement. Once you are in receipt of an incident number you can apply online using the form below.

The charge for the issue of a replacement Blue Badge is £10. You can pay online using a debit or credit card.

We also require you to provide proof of your address dated within the last 12 months. On receipt of this information we will issue your replacement badge (including a Blue Badge clock) within 10 working days.

Please note if you do not send the requested proof of address within eight weeks, we will cancel your application for a replacement badge. Any payments made will not be refunded.
