From the date the application is completed (including all documentation received), it can take up to four weeks to issue a Blue Badge. If you contact us before then, we will be unable to provide any further information. We can only fast track applications where the applicant is terminally ill.
How much will it cost?
The cost is £10. The amount is taken during the online application. It can be paid by using a credit or debit card. If you are not eligible for a Blue Badge, you will be refunded.
My details are not found on the form when I select Reapply?
If your Blue Badge is due to expire and you cannot find the details when you select 'Reapply for new badge’, please complete a new application. We are unable to automatically reissue badges.
What can delay or cancel my application?
Please note that if you do not provide the correct documents, if any required information is missing, or if you do not complete your application (including booking an independent mobility assessment (IMA) if required) within four weeks, your application will be cancelled.
We recommend checking all requirements carefully to avoid delays.
