Household Recycling Centre Locations and Opening Hours

Winter opening hours

From 1 October 2025 the opening times at the Household Recycling Centres have changed. Opening times at the following Household Recycling Centres are now:

• Alconbury Household Recycling Centre – 9am to 4pm, seven days a week
• Bluntisham Household Recycling Centre – 8am to 4pm, seven days a week
• Milton Household Recycling Centre – 9am to 4pm, seven days a week
• Thriplow Household Recycling Centre – 8am to 4pm, seven days a week
• Whittlesey Household Recycling Centre – 9am to 4pm, seven days a week

Please check individual site pages below for details. Entrance gates shut 10 minutes before published closing times.

3 steps to make your visit quicker and easier.

• Sort before you go - quicker and easier to empty your vehicle.
• Avoid peak times – 11am to 2pm, weekends and bank holidays.
• If vehicles are queuing, return at a quieter time.
